On September 27, 2019, Rongji Plastic Products Co., Ltd. joined hands with Guangdong JINGGON Intelligent System Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "JINGGON") to formally launch the cloud MES system project. Director of Rongji Project Zhang, project leader Li, JINGGON Project Manager Li and all project teams attended the start-up meeting.

   Through previous research on Rongji, the JINGGON team tailored the JINGGON MES production schedule for Rongji.&This project will help Rongji realize assembly line digitization through work order management, process control, key material traceability, quality management and electronic Kanban, so as to achieve continuous cost reduction, efficiency improvement and product quality improvement. At the start-up meeting, General JINGGON Li proposed that the MES project should be completed on time, in accordance with the quality and quantity, to ensure that the MES project will be launched before Dec. 10, 2019.

    Through electronic Kanban to fully understand the abnormal production and processing status, all the lighting tasks are transparently displayed through electronic Kanban. Relevant personnel can instantly understand the processing progress of each abnormal problem and accelerate the problem solving. It guarantees high quality.

Cloud MES system

    Cloud MES system production schedule management refers to the management of material flow or information flow in production units in the form of operations, orders, batches, batches and work orders. When an event occurs in the workshop, the unit needs to deal with it in real time. This kind of processing must be carried out according to certain constraints, and the production schedule information is the sequence of tasks arranged according to these constraints. The production schedule can adjust the stipulated plan of the factory workshop, dispose of the repaired products and waste products, and control the quantity of in-process products at each point by buffer management method.
